Birth Doula Package Includes:
- Up to 2 prenatal appointments
- 1 postpartum appointment
- On call support 38 weeks to 2 weeks postpartum
- Guidance & support for you/your partner during labor & birth
- Physical attendance at your birth, any birth center, hospital, or your home
- Breastfeeding education and assistance
- Photos of birth and newborn if desired
- 2 hours of immediate postpartum care, if desired
Postpartum Doula
- Nurturing care as you embrace your new role as Parent(s)
- Support in processing your birth, the changes of the postpartum period for you and your new family
- Support catered to you family's needs, customized balance of practical, spiritual, mental and physical support
- Lactation support
- Preparation of warm meals catered to postpartum nutritional needs (cost of ingredients not included)
